As the local representative of VeteranDMS, often we utilize our reps local address to have Google mail a verification code. This is to show Google that we are “not a robot” and an actual company that we are marketing for. This is a “one time piece of mail” that arrives with a verification number that you would then text to our marketing dept. The address is NOT listed, used or saved online. Please let us know here if this is an issue for you or if you are Not allowed to receive mail at your current address.
Photography training on how to utilize the 3D camera is provided by our staff and done via Zoom meeting online. Please let us know if you are unable to utilize a computer or sign into zoom so as to conduct this one hour training. The camera is provided by VeteranDMS after the brief training.
While taking Photos of businesses, residences, local landmarks etc. We at VeteranDMS do not authorize anyone representing our company to trespass or violate private property without permission.

Certification

I certify that the information provided on this application is truthful and accurate. I understand that providing false or misleading information will be the basis for rejection of this application, or if employment commences, immediate termination.

I authorize VeteranDMS to verify all information provided here. I understand that if issued a 3D camera from VeteranDMS, I am responsible for damages, or if lost or stolen. Upon termination of my working relationship with VeteranDMS, I have 14 days to return the 3D camera to the New York offices of VeteranDMS. This will only be done with either UPS or FedEx.

I understand that VeteranDMS bears no responsibility for my actions in the field. If while taking photos I should be cited, held, detained or even arrested for trespassing on private property, I am completely and soley accountable.
